New kitties in our Family!!! Meet the sisters... Malou and Speedy

I'd like to introduce you to the two new kitty members of our family. They're are 8-month old stripped tabbys. They are Sisters and look VERY much alike. We brought them home January 2, 2011 and they we adopted from the Humanimal Connection located in Redwood City, California.

The girls were bonded pair and could only be adopted together. We have had them 12 days now. the were very nervous and shy at first, but each day have warmed up to us more and more. they are sweet and fun. Both have such different personalities.

Malou is more shy, but she'll let you pick her up more than her sister allows. Her sister Speedy is more outgoing and ALWAYS on the move, lol. Speedy is my lap kitty. She likes to sit or lay in my lap while I'm at the computer. We love them so much and are enjoying have the in our home. Here are some photos...

Here is Speedy taking a nap (in my computer chair, lol)...
And a very big yawn from Speedy...
Speedy with one of their many many many kitty toys...
They girls look so much alike that we needed different color collars on them for the first week.
Speedy has a purple collar with a blue bell and Malou has a pink collar and pink bell.

That's why one of her eyes looks different right now. But she is slowly getting better...
